
Central Registration for Child and Youth Programs
Child and Youth Services (CYS) Central Registration is located in the Child and Youth Services Office on the first floor of Building 110, NE wing.
All children using any of our CYS programs must first be registered. These programs include the Child Development Center (CDC), Family Childcare (FCC), School Age Services (SAS) and Youth Services (YS).
Registration is done by appointment only and appointments can be made by calling (309) 782-0791.
Registration packets for both new and current CYS patrons can be accessed at this website . Please take time to review the information and print out the forms ahead of time. These forms can also be emailed to you at the time a registration appointment is set up and are available in hard copy format in the CYS Office.
