natural disaster or other events beyond the reasonable control of Resort
Condominiums International (RCI). Resort Getaways vacation destinations, prices and
travel time subject to availability. Travel is not available during most U.S.
holiday weeks, "spring break" weeks and peak-demand summer weeks.
Attendance at sales presentations not required. Offer subject to change without
notice. Individual resorts may impose additional charges. Offer may not be
used for commercial purposes. If you cancel more than 45 days before your
check-in date, you fee will be returned less $65. If you cancel 45 days or less
before check-in, your fee will be returned less $125. Reservations cancelled in
response to military exigency will receive a full refund. RCI must be provided a
written statement that cancellation was required as a result of military exigency, signed
by an officer in the individual's chain of command. In event of cancellation due to
military orders, individual will be offered an option to rebook without monetary penalty,
on alternative dates. Refunds will be processed as a charge back to the credit card
account used when the reservation was confirmed. |
