EQUIPMENT RENTAL POLICY:
Daily Fees: Daily Fees apply Monday thru Friday. One
day is defined as opening of business until 30 minutes prior to close of business the
following day. A minimum of one day's rental fee will be charged for all equipment
leaving the Rental Center.
Weekend Rates: Will apply to equipment checked out anytime Friday
or Saturday and returned no later than 30 minutes prior to close of business on Monday.
Late Return of Equipment: Extensions of rentals can be approved by
the Rental center staff on an individual basis. However where there is no extension
requested and/or granted, a late fee of 25% over and above the daily rental fee will be
charged for each day the item is later.
Cleaning of Equipment: All equipment will be cleaned by the user
prior to its return to the Rental Center. For any and all equipment returned unclean
by the user, a 25% fee over and above the daily rental fee will be charged.
Late Payment: All fees will be paid upon return of the equipment. A fee of 25%
of the Daily rental fee will be charged for all late payments.

Damaged or Lost Equipment: If equipment is lost or damaged, the
user will be held liable for the cost of repairs, including parts and labor, or the
current replacement cost in addition to the rental fees.
Repair of Equipment: Equipment is not authorized to be repaired by
the user, service centers, etc., unless prior approval is granted by the Rental Center
manager.
Equipment Involved in an Accident: If equipment is involved in an
accident, the user must obtain an accident report and contact this office within 24 hours.
Cancellations: Individuals canceling reservations must cancel by
the opening of business two days prior to reservation. Failure to give proper
notification will result in a forfeit of deposit.
Trailers and Camper Trailers: It is recommended that you contact
YOUR insurance company and verify, as a minimum that your liability insurance covers the
rental of a trailer or camper trailer from the rental center.
It is your responsibility to insure that you have the exact size trailer ball required for
the trailer or camper trailer that you have reserved and will be using. You must
also insure that you have the proper tail light connections and that they are working
prior to picking up a trailer or camping trailer from the Rental Center. Failure to
have the proper equipment and in good working order will result in the denial of your use
of the trailers or camping trailers and forfeiture of your deposit.
Miscellaneous: You are required to keep a copy of the rental agreement in
your possession at all times. Any damages to equipment must be noted prior to your
departure from the Rental Center or you will be held responsible.
NOTE: NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE ISSUED OR RECEIVED AFTER 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO
CLOSE OF BUSINESS.
