Auto Skills Shop, Building 351 will begin new operation hours. The shop will
be open on Tuesdays 8:30-5:00 p.m. for service appointments only, i.e. oil
changes, air conditioning services etc. Please call 309-782-8631 to make an
appointment for your vehicle. The shop will be open for self help services
Wednesday - Friday 1:00-7:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Reserves and family members; Arsenal Island civilian employees and family members; retired

Family members as established IAW AR 640-2…lawful spouse…children under the age
of 21 and married…children over the age of 21 to the age of 23 enrolled full-time in
an institute of higher learning, as long as they remain unmarried and dependent upon the
sponsor for over 50% of their support.
