Rock Island Arsenal has contracted with the United Way of the Quad Cities to supply Information & Referral services through their InfoLINK system.   This system links RIA I&R to over 1500 Health & Human Services Programs in the area.  Whether you need assistance with finances, counseling, buying a home, paying bills, or are looking for volunteer opportunities, this should be your first stop.   All RIA military and civilians, along with National Guard and Reserve personnel are eligible for this service.  For more information contact your RIA I&R program at (309) 782-3896, or toll free 877-882-0523.

In addition the Department of Defense offers you access to Military OneSource Online, where you can find help to cope with life’s little -- and not so little -- issues.  You can access informative articles, helpful tools, audio tips on hundreds of specific topics, and much more. Click on the link below, enter login ID 'military' and password 'onesource'.

Phone assistance is also available for Military personnel and their family by calling Military One Source at 1-800-342-9647.

Civilians living in Iowa, after business hours you can reach the state wide I&R service by dialing 2-1-1 on your telephone.
